Tender juicy steak, rolled with classic stuffing and simmered until tender. A great main course for dinner parties!

Ingredients
- 1lb round steak (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 cups of day old bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt and one dash of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of sage and a dash of poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
Cut steak into 4 pieces.
Pound with a meat tenderizer with flour on one side until tender and rollable.
Combine the remaining ingredients; add just enough hot water to moisten.
Spread a small amount of stuffing evenly on the flour side of each steak.
Roll and tie with string.
Brown in a small amount of hot fat over medium heat.
Add about 1/2 cup of water.
Cover and simmer until tender - about 1 1/2 hours.
