Ingredients
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 3 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Instructions
Combine milk, sugar and butter. Heat to a boil over low heat.
Add pineapple and continue to simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool and add lemon juice.
Beat with mixer until ready to pour. (About 5 minutes)
Pour into pan and cool to set.
