These fruit candies are a healthier snack to satisfy your sweet tooth with mixed fruits, nuts, a bit of sugar and orange juice rolled into balls and covered in coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 cups of prunes
  • 3/4 cup of apricots
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1 3/4 cups of shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Grind all fruits together.
  2. Mix in with sugar and orange juice.
  3. fold in nuts.
  4. Roll into balls then roll into coconut to coat.
